Sometimes it can be hard to find chapter books for young readers (Pre K through third grade) that are well written and interesting.  This book fits the bill and is part of a series! Sylvester has a great imagination and knows what kids like to read. The illustrations are very cute and whimsical.  You will find laughs, adventure and even some scary/sad moments inside the various chapters which are written so that they all link together into one flowing story. There is also a lesson about judging others based on learned stereotypes.  So in summary you get a fun story that deals with several emotions and has teachable moments included, how can you go wrong?

This would make a great winter break read as Ronaldo is a reindeer in flight training.
