I love Christmas!  I love Christmas books and in particular children’s books.  I even have a collection of different versions of ‘Twas Night Before Christmas.  Due to this love, I am always on the lookout for great Christmas books. I am very particular: the illustrations have to be great, the wording just right and if they are religious in nature they, have to be true to scripture.  This delightful story fits all of my requirements. The illustrations are fabulous, with wonderful color and images that support the text. The wording is perfect and a lot of fun because it is done to the same cadence as ‘Twas Night Before Christmas, but this story tells the story of Jesus’ birth.  I urge you to check this out, especially if you have children or grandchildren. A perfect Christmas gift and/or read aloud!
