As a small child doing new things can be scary, but when a child has the support and encouragement of loved ones it makes taking the risk so much easier! In this beautifully illustrated children’s book, Boehm has captured the perfect support a parent can provide their child for doing the hard things.
The baby bluebird loves the nest where he was born and is so comfortable he does not want to leave. The problem is that his brother and sister have already left and he is now so big there is no more room in the nest. Mommy bluebird encourages, supports, and even helps prepare the little bird to leave the comfort of his nest and learn to fly.
This is the perfect book for both parent and child to share as there are lessons for both! Definitely a five-star read!
