This is a lovely book with tremendous illustrations.  Every point it makes is a good one.  Kirkland combines the secular, creation, the holy, special needs people, and multiple races to highlight the importance of sharing love with each other.  She points out that Jesus is a good friend to have and we all need more love in our lives.  This is the perfect book if you feel like the reason for Christmas is getting lost during the holiday season.
